Advising
Academic advising is a key component of an undergraduate education. Advisors are here to help you with your transition to college and your progression through graduation. All students should see an advisor at least once every year! There is so much to learn about being a college student. One of the keys to success in college is to ask for help when you need it. Advisors are a great starting point!
Academic advisors can help you with course planning and career preparation. The Human Biology advisors are highly knowledgeable about the course curriculum as well as the policies and procedures that impact students. They can also provide support and share information about the extensive resources that are available to MSU students.
The Human Biology advisors also serve as Pre-Health advisors and are well-versed with the requirements and expectations for professionals schools. They are dedicated to supporting students as the work toward health careers, including medical school, dental school, physician assistant programs among others.
